Lombard Lagoon Sound Baths are here! Relax and find time to pause with a Sound Bath Meditation at the beautiful Lombard Lagoon's picturesque boathouse style building. Experience the mental and physical health benefits of live sound meditation as you are guided on a journey in sound and deep listening by Sound Therapist and Meditation teacher Dana Kraszczynski.
A Sound Bath, or Sound Meditation, is a deep immersion in sound that can help you to experience better sleep, improved focus, and deep relaxation as soon as the first session.
Find a comfortable seat or lie down and allow the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, flutes, and chimes to wash over your whole body, creating a gentle yet deeply transformative effect on your body and mind.
The intention of this practice is to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and find peace in the hustle and bustle of modern life. No special skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to receive the benefits.
Please try to arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to receive your complimentary cup of calming tea and set up your yoga mat.
***Bring something comfortable to sit or lay down on such as a yoga mat, camp chair, blankets, and/or pillows.
