✨Stretch and release tension in the body through a gentle yoga practice in the wellbeing barn overlooking the Crystal Lake and ancient woodland
✨Invigorate the senses and uplift your mind with cold water dip in The Crystal Lake or take time out to snuggle up under blankets with a good book
✨Nourish your body with a delicious lunch in the cosy wellbeing barn
✨Take in the sights, scents, sounds and sensations of the beautiful surroundings of The Crystal Lake as you are led to our fire ceremony over looking the lake
✨Connect in to the ancient elements of air, water, fire and earth. Release and let go of anything no longer serving you into the flames of the fire and to call in new energy that supports you going forward
