TOPIC: FinCEN Is Coming: What REALTORS® Need to Know Before March 1, 2026

SESSION INFORMATION: Starting March 1, 2026, a new federal rule from the U.S. Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) will apply to certain U.S. residential real estate transactions, particularly all-cash purchases involving LLCs or trusts. This Power Lunch will break down what FinCEN is, why real estate is impacted, and how the new requirements may affect transaction timelines, documentation, and client expectations. REALTORS® will learn practical steps they can take now, including setting expectations with cash buyers, involving settlement agents earlier, and educating clients calmly to help ensure smoother, compliant transactions moving forward.

SPEAKER BIO: With 25 years of experience in the Title Insurance industry, I bring a deep understanding of both the big picture and the day-to-day operations that keep teams successful. Throughout my career, I’ve held a wide range of roles, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities our clients face. Currently, I serve as Operations Manager for WFG National Title, where I continue to support daily team functions while focusing on efficiency, collaboration, and service excellence. I’m especially passionate about education and enjoy sharing practical knowledge and real-world insights to help clients feel confident, informed, and empowered. Outside of work, I’ve called Colorado home for just over 25 years and live in Parker with my husband, our two children, Andrew and Katie, and our “favorite kids,” our dogs Cosmo and Kramer.
