Dig out of the February snow with a pottery workshop! Beginners welcome! You can choose to make a fish plate, trinket box, mug, fairy door or some other previous workshop project. If you have an idea of your own, we can try to make that happen too. In this 3 hour workshop, you will learn how to make a pottery project by rolling out a slab of clay, cutting out shapes and forming them into one of several shapes. Techniques for joining clay and decorating your project will be covered. All clay and use of tools will be included. You can colour your piece with underglazes which will then be clear glazed or choose a glaze for your piece. Pre-registration is required. Price is $52.00 (including HST) for a three hour class and is limited to 12 students. Please PM me for etransfer address.
