February Photo Competition - Sunrise / Sunsets!

Take up the challenge of snapping an image of Studland that fits a monthly theme, with February's being sunrise / sunsets!Each month will have a new theme that will be updated on the website and social media on the 1st of the month. There will be a monthly winner and at the end of the competition, the 12 winning images will be produced into a calendar. The 12 winning entrants will receive a copy of the calendar.
Entries will be judged by two National Trust staff and an independent judge.
Entries for the sunrise / sunset theme run from Sunday 1st February 2025 to Sunday 23rd February 2025.
Upload your photo to the event on Facebook in the discussion section, then tag us @NationalTrustStudlandBay and @StudlandBay_NT
Facebook events can only run for up to 2 weeks. To cover the whole competition period, a second event comes out on the 14th. All images uploaded to the previous event will still be available to us for judging along side those uploaded after the 14th.
We welcome amateur and professional photographers alike. Please only submit one image per month and ensure your images do not include any people.
Images should be a minimum of 300DPI resolution and must be taken at Studland.
The credits for the images will be printed in the calendar and any other time the image is used. Please let us know via the consent form that winners will need to sign if you object to your name being published.
The competition will run from October 2024 to September 2025. Entries need to be in by midnight on the 4th Sunday of each month and the winner will be contacted within 48hrs. The winning image and entrant will be announced on our Studland Bay Social media pages within 7 days.
Entrants must be age 16 or over. Not open to employees of National Trust, Blackmore printers or any one associated with the competition. Full terms and conditions can be found by following the link below.
