This is a mindfulness group where we make fidget/sensory items, engage with a soothing sensory activity of some kind and enjoy a meditation to round out the session.

It's a monthly group and each meet up costs £10 (which includes all required materials and light refreshments).

This takes place at my home in Castle Bromwich and runs from 7pm to 9pm.

We will be making some oobleck 😁
We will then be turning the oobleck into stress balls 🥎
And finally we shall be employing Mudras for meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️
