Join us on a journey that calms the mind, recalibrates the body, clears the subconscious and activates your bodies natural healing. This deeply relaxing session in our tranquil studio will begin with an energy cleanse, followed by a gentle guided meditation. Unwind with the healing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes.
Relax in our zero gravity chairs as the sounds and vibrations wash over you- releasing tension and promoting healing on a physical, mental, and emotional level. We will conclude with a fire ceremony (weather permitting) using the energy of the full moon to set intentions, release what no longer serves you, and manifest desires.
New to the Sound Bath experience?
It's a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your mind, body and soul. The sound bowls are tuned to specific tones, vibrations and frequencies that have the ability to balance your chakras, reduce stress and anxiety and provide physical and emotional healing. The energy of the full moon is great for cleansing and detoxifying.
Every guest will select and receive a positive intention/affirmation card to take home.
Bottled water and dark chocolate will be served after the sound bath.
You are welcome to bring any crystals that need to be cleansed/charged and a blanket and/or eye pillow for your comfort.
Arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.
