Get ready for an unforgettable evening at First Friday Open Doors on Friday, February 7, starting at 6:00 p.m.! Come ring the Saint Andrew’s church bell, savor a cookie from the Chocolate Gallery, tour the historic church, and enjoy Harpsichord demonstrations by Bonnie Harris-Reynolds.
At 6:30 p.m., prepare to be dazzled by a stunning performance from Ballet Folklórico Los Altos De Jalisco right outside the church steps!
Then at 7:30 p.m., join the musical Van Alsytne family, comprised of violinist Marianne Henry, baritone Bruce Van Alsyne, and organist-pianist Kristopher Van Alsytne, along with the Papovich family, featuring singers Maureen, Jonah, and Casey Papovich, as they present a program of duets.
We will conclude the evening at 8:30 p.m. with our Choral Compline by candlelight, led by the beautiful voices of the Saint Andrew’s Choir and our rector, The Rev. Daryl T. Hay.
