First Aid Friday for horses! 10am 1pm
This is a 3 hour class going over the basics of horse first aid! What does a horse emergency look like and how do we handle it??
🩹 Horse anatomy
🩹How to take a temperature/ what is the horses temperature
🩹 how to wrap legs and polo wraps!
🩹 what is colic ? How can we prevent it?
🩹how to give oral medication/ go over different types
🩹how to tell if a horse is lame / has an injury. What do we do with certain emergencies?
