Our team will create an evening of intentional connection, sophisticated flavors, and the best of our handcrafted meads and beers.Join us on the farm for a beautifully curated five-course experience. Each dish has been designed to showcase artisanal ingredients—from our own WildFlyer garden herbs to house-made Boursin—perfectly paired with WildFlyer’s handcrafted pours. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or simply looking for an elevated escape for two, this is your invitation to the first great meal of 2026.

The Evening’s Menu
**Starter** - Pan-fried Squash Blossom stuffed with house-made Boursin, served with warm brown butter and capers.
**Soup** - Sunchoke and Guanciale finished with house-made crème fraîche and fresh kitchen garden herbs.
**Salad** - Yellowfin Tuna Crudo drizzled with a bright cardamom vinaigrette.
**Main** (Your Choice Of)
-Sweet Potato Gnocchi featuring a rich Wild Boar Ragu and Swiss chard.
-Chipotle Apricot Airline Chicken served with dressed farro and roasted romanesco.
**Dessert** - Milk Chocolate Lavender Crème Brûlée.
