Chef Sebastian Moh will soon be opening his Malaysian restaurant, Serai, in Louisville. Get a peek at what to expect as he works side by side with renowned chef, Peng Looi. Chef Peng Looi was a contestant on Food Network's Chopped. Chef Peng’s food has been featured nationally and internationally by numerous media including Asian Restaurant News, Bon Appétit and Chef’s Magazine. Both chefs have an eye for beauty creating works of art that are as delicious as they are beautiful.
