February 12th, Lunch and Learn at Capital Grill

Join us in person for lunch and learning on Wednesday, February 12th with the Collaborative Family Law Group and learn more about a more wholistic alternative to litigation. Tracy L. Johnston, Ed.D., will be presenting on The Pitfalls of Positional Negotiation.
Dr. Johnston will discuss the distinctions between Positional Negotiation vs. Interests Based Negotiation and how the later is more likely to have positive outcomes for your clients.

Dr. Johnston is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Board-Certified Coach (BCC), who is a Florida Supreme Court Family Law Mediator, a Qualified Parent Coordinator in the 4th, 7th, and 8th Judicial Circuit, as well as a Collaboratively Trained Neutral Facilitator. Dr. Johnston received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine, a Master of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M at Corpus Christi, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

This is a great opportunity to learn and connect with other professionals while enjoying lunch. Lunch is $33.00 with a choice of meal that day. Vegetarian meals are also available.
