Nathaniel Drake is an Economic Analyst at on the Macroeconomic and Housing Forecast Team in Fannie Mae’s Economic and Strategic Research Group. His team has won the Lawrence R. Klein Award for Blue Chip Forecast Accuracy and, on two occasions, the NABE Outlook Award. Nathaniel has published work on mortgage rates and has researched multiple topics relevant to the housing market and broader economy. Before his current role, Nathaniel worked in the Single-Family Analytics and Modeling teams at Fannie Mae. Nathaniel has an M.S. in Applied Economics from the University of Maryland.
