We strongly recommend all new YP sign up to an after school taster session before the club. This can be booked by contacting the team.
If the ticket you require is no longer available, please contact the team to be added to the waiting list.
EVENT INFO:
3 DAYS -(YP MUST ATTEND ALL 3 DAYS)
Age: School Years 1- 8
Time: 8:45am - 3:15pm
Location: Kings Oak Primary School, Oak Road MK42 0HH
Day: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Dates: 17th, 18th, 19th
Wear: sports clothes including trainers (appropriate for weather) sports will be outdoors when possible. - NO CROP TOPS.
BRING:
A packed lunch & Snacks - NO NUTS ON SITE
Re-fillable water bottle.
WEAR: Weather appropriate clothes - we may have access to the school farm and forest school and we will go outside when the weather allows so please send your YP prepared for these occassions.
It can be helpful to send your YP with: a pair of named wellies, change of clothes, layers in case of poor weather. These items should be kept in a bag. They can leave this at school for the duration of the course if desired.

YP will participate in age groups:
MINIS: School years 1-4
JUNIORS: School years 5-8
YP will participate in a range of timetabled activities. These will vary each holiday club.
Traditonal activities can include: Sport, drama, 1:1 reading, games, tumbles, dance, STEM, forest school, DT, cooking and the farm.

If applying for a bursary place we we will require evidence to show you meet the criteria. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a place on the course. We reserve the right to refuse places to applicants. We accept purchase of tickets as parental consent for your YP's to receive emergency medical aid if required during his/her attendance at any of our programmes. All staff are independently DBS checked. During the course your YP may receive additional support from the pastoral team. If your child has an EHCP or additional support at school it is helpful for us to know this before hand so that we can provide consistent support. We may also contact the school if we have additional concerns. If your child has 1:1 support at school please inform us of this, we may request a visit with their school so that we can assess your child's needs.

BURSARY


At all our courses we have a bursary criteria which can be found here .
F4YP can not issue a refund for any bursary tickets where a HAF ticket has later been purchased

If you do not qualify for a bursary or HAF place we have some places that are paid tickets.
