This session goes beyond traditional goal setting by helping you translate your goals into a clear visual plan that is intentional and actionable. Using Canva, ChatGPT, and other digital tools, you will learn how to turn your 2026 goals into a visual framework supported by simple psychology based techniques that build focus, motivation, and follow through.
