Seems this one's a hit so we're making it a monthly dance with Jennifer Radon at Storm Ballroom in Cherry Hill. It's great studio and we think you'll love it. Directions are a bit confusing so be sure to read the HOW TO FIND US below. Join us to learn and dance West Coast Swing (WCS), seen on Tik Tok as Improv or Modern Swing. It's sweeping the planet and you can do it!! Open to the public. NO partner needed. Come solo or with a friend or group. Dress is casual. BYOB or beverage of your choicel Plan to have fun.
HOW TO FIND US: It can be challenging to locate the studio on your first try, but once you know, you know. In the shopping center parking lot - look for WREN KITCHEN. It's a green building with a large WHITE pillar in front. If you see the McDonald's you're close. Storm is located right beside the white pillar. It looks small downstairs but when you arrive upstairs, it's surprising how large the studio is. It's located in the Ellisburg Shopping Center so there's plenty of free parking and it's well lit.. There are also plenty of eateries in the area for those who want to start their night out with dinner followed by dancing.
Start with a Beginner West Coast Swing lesson with Sheila. Whether you're brand new to West Coast Swing (WCS) or already know the dance, you're sure to get something here. DJ Rob will follow up with some rockin' music to keep you dancing. Dance what you hear in the music!
SCHEDULE:
7:00-7:40pm - BEGINNER WCS lesson with SHEILA. Learn the basics, or brush up on what ya got. Challenge yourself and learn the opposite role.
7:40-11:00pm -SOCIAL DANCE PARTY with DJ ROB Time to put it all on the dance floor and dance the night away.
