FEASTING ON WEEDS FORAGING

Take a walk with food and foraging expert Clare McQuillan and discover a treasure of edible surprises in the stunning Downhill Forest. Clare will show you how to identify a range of plants, trees and fruits and teach you about wild plants and their place in the homes of Ulster's history. This foraging workshop and walk will be followed by light snacks inspired by seasonal foraged ingredients. Suitable for ages 18+ (or for 12+ with a parent)
