Celebrate the Feast Day of Our Lady of Providence by joining the Providence Community for a special Mass. People of all faith walks are invited to gather in the Church of the Immaculate Conception or virtually. A link will be shared on our Facebook page closer to the event for those unable to attend in person.Dedication to Mary under the title of Our Lady of Providence began with the first shrine dedicated to her in Italy in 1664. In May 1925, the Sisters of Providence established the National Shrine of Our Lady of Providence in the United States.
In April 2014, the National Shrine of Our Lady of Providence was rededicated in a new location, the vestibule of the Church of the Immaculate Conception.
