MENU
Pre-dinner stations include, halibut, mussels, oysters, caesars and cocktails
•Course 1 - Beet Tartare Cones (roasted beets, pickled onion, chives, and Avonlea cheese)
•Course 2 - Chowder (halibut, scallops, lobster)
•Course 3 - Halibut with smoked lime and charred corn and tomato mint salsa
•Course 4 - Prime rib with pomme puré and chimichurri demi
•Course 5 - Baked apples with candied nuts, cider caramel and ice cream
