I am deeply honoured to be one of the speakers at this year’s Fearless Ottawa Valley Women’s Summit on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Timber Run Golf Club & Event Lodge in Lanark, Ontario.My talk, “The Courage to Feel: Reclaiming Your Inner Wisdom Through the Body,” is an invitation to pause, to listen, and to reconnect with the wisdom that lives inside each of us. I’ll be sharing part of my own story—the struggles, the disconnection, and the tender ways I found my way back—to remind us all that even in the hardest chapters, we are never truly alone.
This summit will be a gathering of incredible women, each bringing her own story, courage, and light. Together, we’ll explore what it means to rise fearlessly, to support one another, and to walk forward with strength and compassion.
