Brewed in partnership with OperaDelaware for our first Benevolence Beer of 2025, Fearless Hazel (6.5% ABV) celebrates the legacy of Hazel Ying Lee, the first Chinese-American woman to earn a pilot's license and fly for the U.S. military. Together with OperaDelaware, we wanted to create a beer to Hazel's liking, "Damn potent so good & smooth." So raise a glass of this American Lager with smoked star anise & ginger to a true boundary breaker! Grab a pint at Brewings & Eats or Chesapeake & Maine, or a 4-pack to go from the EmPOURium on Wednesday, March 5.OperaDelaware will also be our Benevolence Nights benefactors at Brewings & Eats for the month of March. Dine with us on March 5 and 19, and 10% of the night's sales will be donated back to this amazing organization! PLUS, don't miss OperaDelaware's Pop-Up Opera performance during our March 5 Benevolence Night. From 6 - 8 p.m., OperaDelaware singers will be performing classic arias as they move around Brewings & Eats, making the whole restaurant a stage so everyone has a front row seat to their incredible performance!
