We're excited to be bringing our falling workshop to Athens’ newest climbing gym, Mono Climbing. It follows the same format of the workshops we’ve been running in the indoor climbing gyms in Bangkok and out on the rocks in Chiang Mai and Chiang Dao. We practice falling to stretch our comfort zones and increase our resilience on and off the wall.
The workshop is designed to run over two days (2 hours per session), but it’s still useful if you can only make one day.
