Enjoy three premium Irish whiskeys meticulously chosen by Spirit of the Barrel, whose own Keith Doyle will talk you through the history, making and flavour profile of each one. A delicious three course meal will accompany the whiskeys, and then sit back and enjoy the music of Alan Lynch, all the way from Dublin!
