FCE 3v3 Basketball Fundraiser

FullCourt Elite is organizing a 3v3 basketball tournament as a fundraiser for our high school summer travel team in the DFW area. Our primary goal is to secure financial support for travel, uniforms and tournment fees. This fundraiser will ensure the team can participate in competitive summer tournaments without the financial burden on our player or their families.

Such events help in building community spirit, allowing local businesses, parents, alumni and basketball enthusiasts to come together. It strengthens community ties and supports youth sports, which can have long-terms impact in terms of youth development, health and local pride.

Tournament Rule :

Scoring

• A basket made inside the 3-point arc is worth one point
• A basket made outside the 3-point arc is worth two points
• No free throws on foul shots. Possession will rest if fouled by defender.
• The first team to score 7 points wins

Game length

• Games are usually 10–12 minutes long
• If the score is tied at the end of regulation, one player from each team will shot three pointer. First player to make shot wins.

Substitutions

• Substitutions can only be made during a timeout or when the ball is dead
• Substitutions must involve a player on the team's roster
• Each team can have up to 4 players total

Player eligibility

• Players must be 12+
• Players must demonstrate good sportsmanship
• Players may only play on one team

Other rules

• Teams must have a designated captain who checks in with officials before each game
• Teams are allowed one timeout per game
• The defensive player must check the ball at the top of the key before the game starts
