FBC Denver & Front Range March Outing

Join the Feminist Bird Club Denver & Front Range Chapter for our March 2025 bird outing!

Where:Bear Creek Trail meet at Free Lot <-- link to Google Maps

When: Sunday, March 30th from 8-10am.

What to expect: We'll walk 1-2 miles slowly on a paved trail. We'll explore the Bass pond then head to the Bear Creek trail.

• All are welcome on this outing! No birding experience is needed! We can provide a loaner set of binoculars if needed.
• March weather subject to change, so please wear layers and bring snacks, water, sunscreen, sunglasses, and birding gear, if you have any. The path might be icy and we may deviate from the plan depending on ice and weather.

Accessibility Info: The meet-up location includes free parking and portable toilets. Additional parking is available on Yale Ave.

• Trails are paved for easy wheelchair accessibility.
• The nearest RTD stop is at Wadsworth and W Amherst, Stop #17022. From there, you can take the Bear Creek Trail west until you meet the parking lot.

• We want to make sure we continue to take care of one another. Following current health guidelines, masks are optional on this walk. We ask that you please not bring your pets to this outing. Service animals are always welcome.
