Meet the Speakers:
Mitch Schulz
Mitch Schulz, an Evansville native, is a third-generation Realtor and sales manager at his family’s company, Weichert Realtors – The Schulz Group. He returned to Evansville in 2014 after working in IT sales, joining his father and mentor, Mike Schulz, in the family business. Mitch has been deeply involved with the Southwest Indiana Association of Realtors (SIAR), serving as its President in 2024, and has been selected to the board of directors for the Indiana Regional Multiple Listing Service (IRMLS). He is committed to maintaining the values his grandfather instilled when founding the company in 1974. Mitch is a husband, father of three, and values faith and family in both his personal and professional life.
Ken Haynie
With 18 years of experience in real estate, Ken Haynie has seen market shifts from every angle. He has helped over 550 buyers and sellers navigate transactions totaling over $145 million in sales. Ken is known for his client-focused approach, ensuring homes are marketed effectively for top dollar and helping buyers secure their dream homes. He stays active in local real estate organizations to stay ahead of market trends, providing clients with the best advice. Outside of real estate, Ken is passionate about community service, serving on boards like the St. Vincent Evansville Foundation and the Boys & Girls Club. He resides in Evansville with his wife Erika and their three children.
