Fayetteville After Dark History Tours
About this Event
Explore the darker side of downtown Fayetteville on a 60-90-minute haunted history and paranormal walking tour through the historic Square.
Fayetteville After Dark takes you through real locations connected to some of the city's strangest and darkest stories, including public executions and lynchings, Civil War violence, old jails, funeral customs, local legends, reported hauntings, and unexplained events.
Led by paranormal investigator and author Heather Woodward, the tour stops at historic sites around downtown while uncovering the stories they don't put on the plaque. Along the way, guests will also have the opportunity to participate in short paranormal investigation sessions using equipment such as K2 meters, spirit communication tools, and other investigative equipment.
This isn't a theatrical haunted house or a costumed ghost tour. There are no actors, jump scares, or manufactured hauntings. The history is real. The locations are real. The paranormal activity is never guaranteed.
Two people. $35. Thursday nights only.
Tours begin at the historic Old Post Office in the Fayetteville Square. Advance tickets are required. Please allow approximately 90 minutes, as tours may run longer when paranormal activity occurs.
Advanced Tickets Required.
