You voted, and here it is! The February theme for Faydream is Oops! All Vampires!
This show will showcase the most well-loved creature of the night, the vampire. Tell the story of a fanged foe, share the desires of someone lusting over a vampire, or dreaming of becoming one. You can even show us a vampires thrall, or bring us an interpretation of vampires in pop culture. Make it campy and vampy, or dark and mysterious. All kinds of acts are welcome!
This is a queer variety show, and all kinds of talent is welcome!
Faydream is an inclusive space, and we want to give a home to the voices of queer members of the fantasy community. We recognize that fantasy has long been a white centric genre in the west, and it is overdue that that rhetoric is analyzed and changed. While we strive to uplift our nonwhite peers, this month we want to heavily prioritize all applications submitted by BIPOC performers for this month. We encourage you to submit multiple numbers!
