San Telmo is the oldest neighbourhood in Argentina’s capital, each street lined with steak houses, and the aroma of charred beef an ever-present companion.
For one night only, luxury lodge Millar Road transforms into a parilla, hosting chef Corradino Anselmi from Auckland institution El Sizzling Chorizo, alongside Sam Clark and the Central Fire Station Bistro team. Expect a modern spin on a San Telmo grill experience – tender cuts, punchy flavours, and wine selections from The Supernatural Wine Co. whilst overlooking their vines.
