Father’s Day Rooftop Brunch at Rydges South Bank

Celebrate Dad this Father’s Day with a morning of great Aussie food, rooftop views, live music and family fun at the Level 12 Rooftop, Rydges South Bank Brisbane.
Open from 8am to 12pm, enjoy a series of Australian-inspired brunch experiences throughout the morning.
The centrepiece is an Aussie BBQ Angus Beef Brisket Burger, followed by a visit to the Queensland Tropical Fruit Station and a very Australian finale where guests can build and decorate their own pavlova.
Adults will also enjoy a barista-made coffee or tea and juice, while younger guests can choose from hot chocolate, babyccino or tea and create something special for Dad at our interactive ‘Gift for Dad’ Decorating Station.
From 10am, Byron Bay’s Stone & Wood will open its rooftop pop-up bar, with an optional beer tasting featuring Pacific Ale, Citrus Radler, Hazy Pale Ale and Big Pale Ale.
Plus, the first 40 Stone & Wood Tasting Experience tickets will receive a complimentary Stone & Wood Mini Carry Bag.
With live acoustic music, communal tables and spectacular views across Brisbane, it’s a Father’s Day morning designed for the whole family.
