Join Main Street Cheese Co. at Angelo’s Pizza for a hands-on mozzarella-making experience where you’ll learn the art of stretching, shaping, and finishing fresh mozzarella from curd to cheese — no experience necessary.
In this interactive class, you’ll work with fresh curds and traditional techniques to create silky, restaurant-quality mozzarella from scratch. Along the way, you’ll learn what makes great cheese, why temperature and timing matter, and how to recreate the process at home for friends and family.
Each guest will:
• Stretch and shape their own fresh mozzarella
• Learn the fundamentals of traditional cheesemaking
• Taste freshly pulled mozzarella (completely different from store-bought)
• Take home the cheese they make during class
