This Father’s Day, step into the kitchen and learn how to make the ultimate burger from scratch.
Join Executive Chef Malcolm Williams and Terry P at Henry and the Fox for a hands-on burger workshop where you’ll grind, season, build and cook burgers like a pro.
You’ll learn how to select the best cuts of beef, understand the perfect chuck-to-brisket ratio, and hand-cut and mince your own burger blend before forming and seasoning patties ready for the grill.
But great burgers need great condiments.
During the workshop you’ll also create three signature burger condiments to jar and take home — perfect for upgrading your next BBQ.
Once everything is ready, we’ll fire up the outdoor grill, crack a beer, and sit down together to enjoy the burgers you’ve just created.
Expect big flavours, plenty of laughs, and a few new burger secrets to impress Dad at the next family cook-up.

What You’ll Make
During the workshop you’ll prepare and jar three house-made condiments:
• Spiced Zucchini Pickle
• Beer & Honey Mustard
• Bourbon & Coke BBQ Sauce
All three will be used to build your burger on the day — and you’ll take the rest home.
The Burger Build
Once the grill is fired up, you’ll build your burger using:
• Fresh chuck & brisket patties
• Crispy bacon
• Swiss cheese
• Pickled jalapeños
• Chipotle slaw
• Fresh salad bar fixings
• Soft milk buns
Then we sit down together to eat, drink and celebrate Father’s Day properly.
