Silks & Sound Bath: A Unique Gift for Dads on Father’s DayHey Dad’s, this one’s for you! Bring the whole family (or your favourite kid) and give aerial silks a try. We’ll laugh, learn some cool moves, and make lasting memories as you all swing, stretch, and cheer each other on.
After having a go at the silks, relax & unwind with a serene sound bath. You’ll lie down in our yoga room as crystal singing bowls and a mix of gentle resonant sounds wash over you. These soothing vibrations create a restorative atmosphere—easing tension, supporting mental clarity, helping lower blood pressure, and inviting a deep sense of stillness throughout your body.
Because Dads deserve an escape, too!
