This Father’s Day, we invite you to step away from the distractions of everyday life and join us for a special Silent Hike through the beautiful trails of Sugarcreek MetroPark as we celebrate both Father’s Day and the arrival of the Summer Solstice.
As the longest day of the year approaches, we gather in nature to honor the season of light, growth, abundance, and presence. This unique experience offers an opportunity to slow down, unplug, and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with those who matter most.
Our journey will begin with gentle mindful movement, grounding practices, and guided breathwork to help you arrive fully in the present moment. From there, we’ll embark on a peaceful silent hike through the woods, allowing nature to become our teacher as we listen to birdsong, feel the warmth of the sun, and notice the beauty that often goes unseen in the rush of daily life.
Whether you’re attending with your father, your adult child, a loved one, or on your own, this experience offers a meaningful alternative to traditional Father’s Day celebrations. Silence has a unique way of deepening connection—not only with ourselves, but with those who walk beside us.
