We at Brown Sugar Baking & Co. are excited to host our 🎂 Father's Day Cake Decorating Workshop at Utopia Cafe & Play!🎂
Whether you're decorating with Dad, for Dad, with your child, your partner, or another loved one, this workshop is designed to bring families together for an afternoon of creativity, connection, and fun. No experience needed!
Please note: The cake we decorate during the workshop may not be an exact replica of the promotional photo, but you will create something equally beautiful and similar in design!
🍰 What You’ll Learn:
- Professional techniques for applying a flawless crumb coat and final coat.
- How to easily blend beautiful, custom shades like a professional.
- How to create beautiful piped borders and decorative details.
✨ What’s Included in Your Ticket:
- One 5-inch vanilla sponge cake to decorate and take home.
- Our signature Swiss meringue buttercream for frosting.
- One $12 voucher per ticket to enjoy drinks, pastries, or snacks from Utopia Cafe & Play during the workshop. (Note: Dairy-free and gluten-free options available for drinks and pastries!)
- All necessary tools, turntables, and supplies provided—just bring yourself!
- A beautiful windowed box to safely transport your creation home.
🎟 Ticket Information
- Each ticket includes ONE cake.
- Up to TWO participants may decorate a single cake together.
- Only ONE ticket purchase is required for two people sharing a cake.
- Additional family members are welcome to attend and enjoy the café space.
📍 Important Information:
- Children ages 0–4 are welcome to enjoy Utopia's beautiful play area during the event. Little ones may play independently or be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or other loved one while participants decorate their cakes. Our team will have staff present to help monitor the play area and support a safe, welcoming environment throughout the workshop.
- Location & Parking: This workshop is hosted at the lovely Utopia Cafe & Play. Free parking is available right outside the coffee shop.
- Timelines: Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can set up and complete all the steps in a timely manner.
- Dietary Note: Please note that ingredients used in the cake for the workshop are not dairy-free or gluten-free.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded.
