Fathers day at Pullman Cape Town

The braai (BBQ) is South Africa’s most beloved culinary tradition – an open-fire feast built around slow-roasted meat and good company. This Father’s Day, Pullman Cape Town brings it to the table in style at our Stratus Room restaurant.

A whole lamb spit-roasted over open flames and carved live at the braai station. Boerewors – a legendary spiced sausage – alongside peri-peri chicken wings, braaibroodjies – the ultimate South African grilled cheese sandwich – and a harvest table of seasonal salads. To finish, classic Cape Malay koeksisters – a traditional South African confectionery made of deep-fried dough infused with a sticky, sweet syrup, milk tartlets and Amarula mousse – the kind of desserts that taste like a South African childhood. All of it paired with craft beer from Newlands Brewery, one of Cape Town’s most celebrated local breweries.
