ELMWOOD DERBY DETAILS
11 AM – 4 PM | Canopy Gardens Hall | Hosted by Cub Pack 416
Design, build, and race your own custom car, or cheer on the competition, in races that speed down the track all afternoon.
A $ 10-per-racer registration fee is required to race in the Derby. Bring your own pinewood car or purchase a kit from the Zoo and customize it before the event. Kits will be available for pickup at check-in during regular Zoo operating hours; please have your purchase receipt available.
CAR RULES:
Maximum Weight: 5 ounces
Maximum Length: 7 inches
Maximum Width: 2.75 inches
Minimum Clearance: 3/8 inch
