Fashion Week Rochester: Magic on the River

Step into the heart of style and purpose at Fashion Week Rochester – Magic on the River. Hosted at Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center by the Genesee (hence, on the River), the event brings together both local and global fashion designers to raise critical funds for The Center for Youth.

The Center for Youth Services was founded in 1971 by a group of students from a local high school who had an idea to create a “center” that would meet the needs specific to youth in Rochester, NY.

The philosophy supporting the vision was quite radical for the time and one we continue to support today: that young people, given information and support, could make positive life choices.

Since 2010, Fashion Week Rochester has brought energy, vitality, awareness and essential funding to continue the work of The Center in addressing homelessness and support for our youth in our Transitional Living Programs
