By participating in the Fashion Style Elite Model Contest and Workshop ("Contest"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
   The Contest is open to individuals aged 15 and older of all genders. Participants must submit the required registration fee of $125. Limited spaces are available, and registration will be closed once all spaces are filled. Participation in the Contest does not guarantee selection as a finalist or winner.
2. Non-Refundable Registration Fee
   All registration fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the event.
3. Workshop & Event Details
   All contestants are invited to attend a complimentary workshop, which includes model styling tips, casting etiquette, and a runway tutorial. The Contest will also feature casting directors and agency scouts. However, participation in the workshop or interaction with casting directors and scouts does not guarantee representation, contracts, or further opportunities.
4. Winners’ Prizes
   Winners of the Contest will receive the following:Fashion Style Elite reserves the right to adjust the specifics of these prizes if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

   • The opportunity to walk during New York Fashion Week
   • A digital magazine feature
6. Liability Waiver
   By participating in the Contest and Workshop, you acknowledge that Fashion Style Elite, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the event. Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
7. Photographs and Media Release
   By registering for the Contest, you consent to Fashion Style Elite and its affiliates using any photographs, videos, or other media content taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes without further compensation.
8. Force Majeure
   Fashion Style Elite is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside of its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or other emergencies. In such cases, the Contest may be rescheduled at the company’s discretion, and no refunds will be issued.
9. Code of Conduct
   Contestants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward all staff, other participants, and attendees. Fashion Style Elite reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without a refund for inappropriate behavior.
10. Disqualification
    Fashion Style Elite reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, engages in dishonest behavior, or otherwise acts in a way that disrupts the integrity of the Contest.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NEW YORK.

By registering for the Fashion Style Elite Model Contest and Workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in disqualification or other penalties at the discretion of Fashion Style Elite.
