Join us in Kamloops on September 25th and 26th for an opportunity to connect, to learn, and to share with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder experts, leaders, educators, and, of course, kids!
This conference is for community workers, caregivers, frontline workers, education workers, and program leaders. You will develop skills to support working with children with FASD in schools, community, childcare, and at home. Learn about transitions, sexual health, regulation, planning, and program development.
You will leave inspired, hopeful, ready to build an inclusive community, and connected to community partners working in your field and walking your path.

Building Your Skills to Support Youth with FASD
Info: Friday afternoon is full of presentations, workshops, and learning opportunities for people working in inclusion, youth support, mental health, community planning and education. If you are looking to increase your knowledge of strategies for adapting spaces and programs for youth with FASD, you will leave this afternoon with a wealth of strategies and supports for your families and kids in your practice. From sexual health to school refusal, we have brought together experts to help you create connection and success for your FASD inclusion goals.

Saturday Full Day Conference
Info: Saturday is a full day of learning, connections, and inspiration! Designed for both FASD caregivers and service providers, Saturday is a day of learning strategies and successes that you can take back and use in practical ways with individual youth that you know and love. You'll also hear from our FASD Youth Council, caregivers, and frontline workers who are changing the landscape of FASD supports in BC. Saturday includes a Disability Service Fair, presentation on mental health tools for helpers, our Youth Ambassador Q and A and more! Lunch and refreshments are included in registration.
