Fascination Street | Film Screening
Fifteen years after the sudden & mysterious disappearance of four of his high school friends, musician Buzz returns to his hometown to finally process the experience through the lens of song-writing.
However, the streets of home signal not only the return of nostalgic memories but also bring about the supernatural reappearance of his friends - having not aged a day and with no memory of where they have been.
Reunited with the past, Buzz finds himself drawn back into childish habits and starts to experience growing difficulties relating to the world that has matured around him slowly begging the question; if his friends don’t have to ever grow up, why should he?
Radium Dolls frontman William Perkins stars as Buzz in his acting debut, alongside a cast of over 30 Bundaberg locals gracing the big screen for the very first time. Key among them are Ava Marschke, Nate Sologinkin, Finn Christensen and Saree Voisey as Buzz’s four teenage friends who find themselves unstuck in time.
