Class Series Description:

Combining elements of fascial stretching, breathwork, somatic movement practices, movement rehab and body awareness, these classes will help to down-regulate your nervous system and get you highly tuned into your body.

​This class will go through joint mobility, functional movement, targeted stretching and fluid connected movements. You will leave feeling open and aligned from head to toe while learning valuable tools for self-care.

​A perfect class to compliment our 1-1 sessions. Open to all levels.
