Fascia is our largest organ and goes through every cell, bone, muscle, ligamemt, blood vessels - it goes from the top of our head to our toes, from our bones to our skin.

Fascial maneuvers have been pioneered to help release and open our fascia layers which are often constricted leading to restrictions in movement and dis-ease in the body.

Trauma is also stored in the fascia and fascial maneuvers assist in releasing stored trauma.

Fascial maneuvers are designed to reduce stress and let the body heal itself. Opening the fascia allows people to move and feel better - reducing pain, improving mobility, enhance performance and releasing trauma.

Who Should Join:

This event is for anyone - children are welcome.

Fascial maneuvers can be modified and adapted to suit all levels of mobility and can be done seated.

On The Day:

On the day please wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in, avoid moisterisers/oils on the skin and bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
