Join us for a unique two hour experience that blends Fascia Release, Bodywork, and Kundalini Activation into a powerful journey of embodiment, awareness, and energetic flow.
This session introduces a new dimension to the work we have been offering, placing a deeper emphasis on the fascia the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, organ, and structure within the body.
Fascia is often where tension, stress, emotions, and unconscious holding patterns can accumulate over time.
Through intentional touch, bodywork techniques, fascia release practices, and Kundalini Activation, we create an opportunity for the body to soften, unwind, and restore its natural flow.
As physical restrictions begin to release, many participants experience greater freedom of movement, emotional openness, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to themselves.
This is not simply about relaxation; it is an invitation to explore the relationship between the physical body, the energetic body, and the intelligence that lives within both.

Linnebel is an energy healer and manifestation coach creating in-person and online experiences that help people release emotional blocks, regulate their nervous system, and realign with their authentic self.
She is building a growing women’s community for those navigating spiritual awakening and personal expansion.
How to prepare:
- Do not eat anything dense 3 hours prior to session. Fruit is ok. Much better if you come fasting.
- Do not consume any drugs or alcohol 24 hrs prior the session.
- Wear comfortable clothes.
- Please arrive few minutes early and bring a mat and bottle of water.
