The sidewalk parade stages at the Helendorf River Inn & Conference Center, beginning at 11:00. Registration closes promptly at 12:30! The parade around town will leave the Helendorf at 1:00, stopping along the parade route to visit some of the local establishments. Those that wish to tube down the river will pick up their tubes at the end of the parade at the Riverbend Motel, and turn the tubes in at the take-out, which is near the Biergarten of the Helen Festhalle. Cost for tubing - Free! Limit of 100 tubes available, so be sure to get registered before the tubes are all assigned. Cost for schnapps stops- $20. Must present a valid ID!! No exceptions!!
Our Fasching party takes place in the evening. Doors open at 6. Live music, provided by the Gluckliches Fasching Band, begins at 7. Cost is $5 per person at the door. BYOB, including mixers/soft drinks, and any snacks that you wish to bring for your table. Make party!
