Limited seating available! Learn about sourdough from start to finish- feeding your starter, weighing & mixing ingredients, stretching & folding for gluten strength, shaping the dough, and scoring your loaf.
With your ticket purchase you will receive your own starter, 1 banneton basket & cloth cover, danish whisk, bread lame, bench scraper, recipes, and 2 loaves of delicious sourdough bread.
Come hungry! Bread charcuterie and mocktail beverages will be provided.
Non-refundable. Should the event be canceled due to weather, a rain date will be provided.
