Farmers Market Finds is a hands-on culinary experience that brings the farm to your cutting board. In each session, a local urban farmer shares the story of their farm and introduces students to the seasonal produce available in their CSA shares or at local markets. You'll learn how to prepare delicious, flavorful recipes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients—and leave with the knowledge and inspiration to shop more confidently at farmers markets and support your local food system. It’s a celebration of community, sustainability, and the joy of cooking with what’s in season.
