Denyse, a licensed and experienced instructor, offers options for every body—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, you’ll find your flow. But here’s the twist: this is Goat Yoga, so expect adorable baby goats and piglets joining the fun!
All ages and experience levels are welcome—come for the yoga, stay for the smiles, and leave with a heart full of farm joy. After class, wander down to our farm store to explore our handcrafted herbal skincare products and pasture-raised meats, all grown right here on our regenerative farm.
