Farm Tour: Growing Your Own Fruit Trees

AG Futures Cleveland Farm Tours offer an opportunity to see a working farm in action. Each tour will explore a particular theme and hosts will answer any relevant questions you might have about that growing practice. Expect to walk around the farm, see what's growing and view the infrastructure and tools utilized in operating a successful urban farm. Tours are FREE and open to everyone!

Join us for this farm tour at Ka-La Healing Garden Center's orchard and learn more about how you can include fruit trees in your urban farm or garden. Learn how to care for your fruit trees using environmentally friendly and sustainable practices. Discover how to build healthy soil, attract beneficial insects, and manage pests and diseases. This workshop will equip you with the knowledge to create a vibrant and productive ecosystem in your urban farm and garden that will support a thriving orchard.

**This event is outdoors on a working farm where you will be surrounded by nature. Ground and terrain may be uneven on the farm. We recommend comfortable shoes, sunscreen and a hat.**

This workshop will take place rain or shine. In cases of extreme weather, we will contact you 24-36 hours prior to the event if we need to cancel.
