A Six‑Part Seasonal Experience in Collaboration with Chef Ernesto
Join us for an unforgettable spring evening at Hop & Hen Farm, created in partnership with Chef Ernesto, whose Oaxacan‑inspired cooking and handcrafted Mezcal margaritas set the tone for a truly special gathering. This intimate dinner blends fresh, local ingredients, thoughtful hospitality, and the natural charm of the farm into a warm, communal experience.
Date: May 16, 2026
Time: 5:00–8:00 PM
Price: $90 per guest
Beverages: Signature Mezcal margaritas crafted by Chef Ernesto (limit 2 per guest), water, iced tea. Guests may bring additional beverages of choice.
What to Expect
Your evening begins at 5 PM with Chef Ernesto’s signature Mezcal margaritas and a welcoming appetizer station. As guests arrive, you’ll enjoy light bites and time to settle into the atmosphere before we head out for a guided farm tour while the daylight is still soft and golden.
After the tour, we'll gather at beautifully set tables dressed in vintage linens, candlelight, and seasonal décor for a generous, handcrafted dinner prepared by Chef Ernesto, and accented with special items we've prepared for the evening. Salad and dessert are individually plated, while the main course is served family‑style to encourage connection and conversation.
This is not a rushed event — it’s a slow, thoughtful celebration of food, community, and this land we also call home.
